For Party Bus Events
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. This deposit holds your spot on our calendar and goes toward your total package cost.
For Spa Birthday Parties
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book your spa birthday party. Walk-in services and individual packages (Pampered Package, Bestie Package) do not require a deposit.
How to Pay Your Deposit
Deposits can be paid directly through our website using any major credit card. You'll receive email confirmation once your deposit is processed and your date is secured.

Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, here's what you need to know:
Rescheduling Your Event
We're happy to reschedule your event to another available date at no additional charge with at least 14 days notice prior to your original event date.
Rescheduling Within 14 Days
If you need to reschedule with less than 14 days notice, an additional $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your new date.
Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable. However, we will gladly offer alternate dates based on availability rather than canceling completely.
No-Shows
If your party does not show up at the scheduled time and we have not been notified, the full payment is forfeited and no rescheduling option is available.
Weather Policy (Party Bus Only)
Rain or shine, the party goes on! All activities take place inside the climate-controlled party bus, with the pink carpet finale under our covered awning.
Our Cancellations
In the rare event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (mechanical issues, illness, etc.), you will receive a full refund including your deposit, or we'll work with you to reschedule at your convenience.

Online Payments
All payments are processed securely through our website booking system.
Cash
Accepted for day-of add-ons and gratuities only. Primary package payment must be made via card online.
What We Don't Accept:
Checks
Payment apps (Venmo, CashApp, etc.)
Payment plans or installments
Gratuities
While not required, tips for exceptional service are always appreciated and can be added to your final payment or given in cash on the day of your event.
